2016 01 04Panevezys Lietkabelis basketball fans got their the chance to enjoy the Christmas holidays. Panevezys attacking machine was unstoppable against Kedainiai Nevezis team (96:75).
After the match head coach Kazys Maksvytis was glad about the victory, but pointed out that Lietkabelis needs to work even harder to finish the year in high spirits.
“We are very happy because we have strengthen our position to qualify for Karalius Mindaugas Cup tournament. Rival “centers” were dangerous, because we were very focused on Nevėžis snipers, but nevertheless in the end we manage to finish the game strong. Now we have to concentrate on our next game as the game marathon continues and we want to finish the year in high spirits”- said the strategist.
Next match Lietkabelis will play on 27th of December when they will host Siauliai.
