Panevezys Lietkabelis wont take part in FIBA tournament

Panevezys Lietkabelis next season will not take part in the tournament organized by FIBA. About the decision the club was informed less than the day before the draw ceremony.

FIBA decided to change the format of the tournament by reducing the number of participating teams from 64 to 56. In addition, the qualification to the tournament was cancelled too.

Lietkabelis was one of the first clubs who provided the organization with all the necessary documentation and paid the required deposit fee.
