Gintaras Kadziulis will continue working as BC Lietkabelis head coach

35 years old Gintaras Kadziulis will continue to work  as a head coach at BC Lietkabelis. He`ll be assisted by Egidijus Zenevičius who joined the team at the middle of last season.

“I am glad that I`ll be able to continue working in my home town club. I want to thank the club Board who gave me this chance. Last season was difficult, so I hope that this year we will be much more successful and we will have a lot of memorable victories “- coach said to official Lietkabelis website.

G.Kadziulis started his coaching career last year as assistant coach of Mindaugas Budzinauskas whom latter he replaced.

G.Kadžiulis and E.Ženevičius duo led Lietkabelis to Baltic Basketball League (BBL) quarterfinals and the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) playoffs for the first time since 2011.

Lietkabelis currently has agreements with three players Lukas Aukstikalnis, Gediminas Zalalis (both playing for U-20 National Basketball Team) and  Mantas Kazonas.
